Her passion for seeing inclusivity in industry treatment and services was sparked. she loved so much. In 2006, this dedication led her to start Urban Skin Solutions Medspa and Laser Center in Charlotte, NC. Thirteen years later, Rachel’s business is flourishing, but how did she do it?
