Ashley recently launched her own luxury men’s and women’s bowtie collection, Eikeon. Eikeon puts exclusivity in every collection truly believing that everyone has a genuine authentic self-image that they express through personal style.

We talk about Ashely’s interest in pursuing a military career and the moment that sparked in her the courage to pursue her love for fashion and creativity. Ashley shares how she is able to manage her military career and still pursue entrepreneurship by making sense of untapped potential, business challenges she’s faced early on, the power of cultivating our untapped potential, nurturing relationships, leadership hacks, and more!
