Meet Jordan Karim – founder of Flora & Noor – also previous research chemist and pharmaceutical consultant who created the skincare brand to transform the beauty industry with clinically effective, clean, and halal certified skincare products that everyone can feel proud to use. Flora & Noor targets the skin concerns of those with melanin rich skin and chronic skin conditions (eczema + hyperpigmentation) AND solves the vacancy of the untapped halal certified skincare market in the US.

Jordan wasn’t always on the beauty entrepreneurship trajectory though. She shares her journey from Spelman College onwards – and how a manager early in her career helped plant the #dreamdriving seed within her. She talks about why building this brand as a Muslim American is so important to her – while also sharing tips for other dream drivers building brands from the ground up. (Jordan launched in 2020 during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic!)
